OK, we'll dive straight into the photo-shoot as we'll have a lot to cover today. As always we start off with packaging. Here is the box, clearly denoting the Genome. The simple dark packaging catches our attention, as you will noticed the chassis is well packaged. You'll notice that DeepCool is going to offer three models, two black with red/green tubing and then a white version with blue tubing. We have the black/green model for review.

The chassis is protected in Styrofoam and a plastic bag. There were no noticeable scratches, dents, fingerprints, dust, mud or graffiti spray on it whatsoever. The first thing that's greet you is the Nucleic acid double helix styles reservoir.

And once unpacked you can see the chassis a little better. Now before we move it into our bright white studio (which is horrible for photos with anything that has tempered glass) I wanted to show you some photo's in different surroundings. I'll admit immediately that you will need to like the actual style, it is a bit busy on the eyes. Luckily there are no screaming logos etc. Obviously that green goblin Helix greeting us at the front already makes a nice impression. The glass (well plexy) immediately jumps out, and hey the side and front panel all are fitted with it. It looks terrific as you will later find out. A feast for the eyes alright. Simple, stylish and kind of mystifying.

At the right side we see a closed panel. The chassis is loaded with gaps and meshes for proper airflow with at the front topside the standard IO and power/reset buttons. Once powered on, the helix module is lit by a white LED that fades in and out like it is breathing. We have a video on that located at the conclusion page of this article.
