When we zoom in a little to the cooling block we notice that it has a voltage wire lead as well, that leads to the power supply for the electromagnetic pump, let's have a look at that shall we.
Here's the latest revision PowerBooster (v2) -- 3.5" size which powers a tiny EM pump located in the cooler, you can easily locate it anywhere in your PC or 3.5" drive bay slot, hidden at the inside of your PC. As you can see, it's heavily protected to prevent EM emission.
