Ok, power on, and here we go. The backlight is vivid and clear even during the day. The surface in which the switches sit is black and doesn’t look odd when the LEDs are off. 

The USB cable is 1.8 m long and braided, but stiff. The keyboard is equipped with two USB connectors, to let you take advantage of USB pass-through. If you don’t want to use the USB pass-through port, you don't need to plug in the second USB connector. You can also see the audio passthrough jacks here (for mic/headphones).

There is no fancy design or space for cable routing on the bottom. The two flip-up stands have rubber inserts, as do the rubber feet on the wrist rest (so, in fact, it’s better to use it). The keyboard is relatively heavy, which should minimize the amount of movement in use.
