To easily access or stream content from and towards your Air 2, Corsair designed an app surprisingly called Voyager Air :) The app is available for Android, iOS and Kindle Fire devices as well i think. You should first connect your mobile device to the Voyager Air's wireless network (functions as access point) and then start-up the app. Once configured you can access features like cloud syncing and it also supports synchronization with Dropbox and/or Google Drive.

Once you've opened up the app it will have detected the Air 2 and connected / communicated with it. The app works really okay and does what it is supposed to do. It probably is a good time to press the preferences button and add a bit of security to your device by changing the device SSID name and add a password. Remember, if you don't do this... everyone can access the device exposing all the content located on it.

We click on folders and then can see the the files located on the unit. Playing a file, or music, or whatever you want to open will be managed by the software on your tablet. So the VA (Voyager Air) app functions as a gateway in-between the content and your playback software.

An on-board media server will also automatically organize media files, allowing you to browse TV shows by name/season/episode and music by artist/album/title/genre. For Windows and OS X PCs/laptops, you can also access content on the device through a web interface. A single or even multiple movies stream over WIFI without any problems. On WIFI we have roughly 50 Mbps available. Playback with one to three streams was smooth, using four simultaneously over WIFI at 1080P became an issue. But at that point you are pushing the limits here.
