Topside then, a 135mm ML (Magnetic levitation) fan spins up as needed, rated at 1200RPM Max. Even at a decent load, you'll have a hard time hearing this PSU as the newly embedded fan stays at low RPM. It is very silent. Its dimensions are: 160mm x 86mm x 180mm. The unit weighs in at roughly 1.9kg. The actual OEM of the RMx series we think might be Channel-Well Tech (CWT). CWT has been working with Corsair for a long time already and has proven itself to be a very trustworthy partner in terms of reliability and efficiency. Corsair is plugging this PSU with all quality 105°C capacitors for best reliability, and yeah offers a warranty of 10 years these days.

When it comes to wiring we feel that there are enough connectors for this model, have a look at the supplied connectors, all with decent length by the way. The ATX motherboard connector is 60 CM, the Molex, and SATA power cables up to 75 CM, the 8-pin CPU ATX power connector is at a great length of roughly 65 cm and the PCIe graphics connectors reach a lovely 75 cm as well.

The entire setup is modular, use the cables that you need and disregard the cables you don't need. It keeps the PC nice and tidy without an unneeded flurry-slash-spaghetti of redundant cables. All cables, including the 24-pin ATX cable, black sleeved type cables.

Above is a table showing the various cable configurations of the new Corsair RMxx0x 2021 Series. The models all have plenty and lengthy cabling we feel. When opened up we can now see that RMx (2021) units (550, 650, 750, and 850W) have moved to a wireless internal design, saving space and bringing the size of the 750W and 850W units to a mere 160mm.
