There is one top 135mm fan; tagged as NR135L it is a fluid dynamic bearing with a maximum speed of 1800RPM. Even at decent load you'll have a hard time hearing this PSU alright. It is very silent. Its dimensions are: 150mm(W) x 86mm(H) x 160mm(L). The length as you can see is one CM longer than the standard ATX form factor.

The actual OEM of the RM650 is Channel-Well Tech (CWT), they have been working with Corsair for a long time already and have proven themselves to be very trust-worthy in terms of reliability.

The overall quality is very good. So good that you will receive a 5 year warranty with the product.
 

When it comes to wiring we feel that there are enough connectors for this model, have a look at the supplied connectors, all with decent length by the way. The ATX motherboard connector is 60~65 CM, the Molex and SATA power cables 50 to 70 CM, the 8-pin CPU ATX power connector is at a great length of roughly 65 cm and the PCIe graphics connectors reach a lovely 70 cm as well. Nice.
