The core features of the lineup are all rather similar and include Cherry MX keys (most popular is RED) with our model being fitted with low profile speed MX switches, 1000Hz polling, full-key rollover though, over USB and 100% anti-ghosting. These Cherry MX Speed switches are also referred to as Rapid Fire by Corsair. You have two choices, red and rapid-fire, both have the same Cherry Red accentuation force.

The bundled items include a fine looking keyboard, an attachable wrist rest and the manual/warranty guide. The K70 RGB MK.2 comes with extra replaceable dimpled WASD and QWERDF keys for your preference. This keyboard is the RGB version and as such you will notice RGB back-lights, these can be dimmed, controlled, colored and configured. We'll show you the keyboard powered on over the next few pages.

The keyboard feels nice and heavy and sits solidly onto my desktop which has a slippery surface. The top plating is made out of a base with brushed aluminum on top of it. The anodized brushed black aluminum looks just really good and brings in an extra premium feel. Obviously, and I have stated this with many of my reviews, the K70 shares 90% of the DNA of the previous K70 products though, there are subtle changes with the MK2 versionsa. The wrist rest also was changed a bit, it feels more rubberized and dimpled, also I think it's a bit wider compared to previous models. You can opt to pop it on, or never use it. Your call.

Programmable G keys will be hard to find in the K70 series, however, some basics media function keys are present on the keyboard and very functional. The metal volume knob is really handy. The keys themselves are exposed, simple cleaning works out well with say a can of compressed air. However, being exposed like that has another effect as well, the base will collect dirt more quickly. It's not massively different with normal keyboards, but the base is exposed and can be a little more susceptible to dirt.

There is also a Windows lock mode key, which allows you to disable the Windows key and get dropped back to the desktop by accident in a hefty gaming session. These functions are all supported by default, there's no need to install any software whatsoever. You can program the windows lock key with a LED backlit color of your preference, say red. So if in use that backlight will change from white to red (or whatever color you want).

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 3600 MHz 32GB review
Today, we are checking the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 3600 MHz CL18 (pretty average latency figure) memory in a 32 GB set consisting of two 16 GB modules. This is not the first time we’re looking at the Corsair RAM. It was for example the Vengeance RGB Pro (4x8 GB 3200MHz) or Dominator Platinum (4x8 GB 3600 MHz CL16). Ok, but what’s different comparing the above mentioned Vengeance RGB Pro series?

Corsair K70 RGB TKL keyboard review
The Corsair K70 RGB TKL comes from a range of keyboards that we already presented here on guru3d. We reviewed the K70 RGB Rapidfire Mk2, which comes also in a low-profile version. So, the first major difference this time is the tenkeyless format. Other than that, this keyboard has not changed much as far as the general concept is concerned. It is, of course, still an RGB mechanical keyboard, but this time it comes in a smaller package.
