Pretty much any button is programmable. You can make several profiles with different buttons, macros and whatever rocks your boat really. The multiple profiles can be saved so that brings in a lot of flexibility managed with the Corsair iCUE software suite. Also with that suite, you may sync up anything and everything Corsair RGB.

There are multiple LEDs active on the mouse, you can configure them to an RGB preference color. Below the scroll wheel, we can cycle through the configurable four DPI modes. The lower right led indicated that I have DPI mode 1 active, and for mode four LEDs would be active. This way you can visually check what DPU preference you applied to the mouse.

You'll receive a nicely braided, but slightly stiff USB cable charger, and converter and then the really tiny Slipstream dongle, the 2.5 GHz wireless range still dazzles me. It's really good. More on that later though.
