The packaging is typical for Corsair –a traditional black/yellow design. The HS65 Wireless arrives in a well-packaged box (although the outer paper was a bit hurt in the transport).

Inside the packaging, you’ll find:

  • HS65 Wireless RGB Wireless Gaming Headset
  • Wireless USB transmitter
  • Roughly 1.8 m USB cable (braided)
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Safety Leaflet
  • Warranty Card

Considering the features, one hundred twenty bucks for the HS65 Wireless is relatively reasonable. The solid-looking design (the headset weighs 275 g) features ear cups with on-ear controls. The HS65 Wireless has two 50 mm neodymium-magnet drivers, which usually offer the best sound as far as I’m concerned. They provide good volume levels and clarity with some bass distortion.

The huge advantage of this headset is that it is wireless and with a good range; we reached up to 12 meters, not the 50ft / 15 meters Corsair is stating, but it’s still good. It is wirelessly compatible with PC and PS4/PS5.
