So yeah pretty much all buttons are programmable. You can make several profiles with different buttons, macros and whatever rocks your boat really. The multiple profiles can be saved yet are highly dependably on the Corsair CUE software.

There's multiple LEDs active on the mouse, you can configure them to an RGB preference color, basically the logo, scroll-wheel, front-side and thumb areas all can be individually lit. Below the scroll wheel we see two additional buttons, these can be used to cycle through some of the DPI modes. Each DPI mode can be configured at a DPI level of your preference and you can assign the RGB LED with a matching/preferred configurable color as well. So it's all very tweakable.

The mouse is pretty terrific at any angle really. Another feature is the nicely braided, but slightly stiff USB cable. You get almost two meters of it (USB is 2.0).
