Pretty much all nine buttons are programmable. You can make several profiles with different buttons, macros and whatever rocks your boat really. These multiple profiles can be setup & saved in Corsair CUE software. The positioning is not optimal at all times, often I felt a need to watch at the mouse to find for example the frontmost button of the three on felt a bit out of reach of my thumb. That central button is better though If I where you I'd assign it as a snipe button.

There are three LED zones active on the mouse, you can configure them to an RGB preference color, each can be configured independently from each other.

The mouse is great. The sensor (PixArt PMW3367) has a resolution of 100 DPI to start with and if you wanted to, you can go with 1 DPI increments up-to 16,000 DPI.

Left of the scroll wheel, we can two buttons that cycle through the configurable DPI modes. The blue colored LEDs below are part of the RGB lighting system, these actually are DPI indicator lights. These are the only ones with a set color, blue.
