Product Showcase - Packaging
Just like in our other reviews - first up is the photo shoot of the packaging. The package is relatively small and it's not heavy. The design resembles other Corsair chassis boxes - black print on a brown background. All the important features and specifications are listed on the box.
You can take a look at the main advantages of this below:
- Front with mounts for 3 x 120mm fans or 2 x 140mm fans, the front can support a 360, 280, or 120mm radiator.
- The top can house 2 x 120mm or 1 x 140mm fan, with room for a 240mm/120mm radiator in push/pull configuration.
- The rear can house 1 x 120mm or 120 mm radiator.
- Up to 370mm clearance for GPUs, 170mm for CPU coolers, and 180mm for the PSU
- Sound dampening material: included on the roof, left and right-side panel, and removable top panel.
- Four 2.5” SSD trays: easily add or remove 2.5” drives.
- Two 3.5” tool-less drive trays.
- PWM repeater: control up to six PWM fan speeds from one header on the motherboard.
- Removable front and PSU dust filters: keep your system looking great long after your build is finished.
- 120mm PWM fans (2x included): direct cool air to your PC’s hottest components.
- The chassis is protected well, with Styrofoam. The case has not sustained any damage in transport (which was easier this time due to the lack of a tempered glass panel), and the box did its job well.
The Carbide 275Q has a very, I mean very, classic look. No RGB LEDs here (except the power LED on the top). It’s a mid-sized chassis measuring 460mm x 211mm x 455mm (L x W x H), with a total capacity of
44.16 l.
In the accessory box (which is hidden inside the chassis), you will find a manual and also:
- Various Screws
- 6x Zip Ties
- 1x Motherboard standoff
No additional accessories are included, like a logo badge, etc. but that’s not a must in this budget (and it’s not really an issue). Let’s proceed to the evaluation of the exterior.
