Coolit ALC VANTAGE

When we flip it around (plastic protection covers this) we see an all copper base, with TIM (thermal grease) already applied for you. See the mounting screws ? Pull the thumbnail screws upwards to position and select the proper CPU socket you are using. Very handy, very simple. Not exactly a mirror flat finish though, there's room for some improvement there alright.

Here we have the fan. 120mm and PWM based as stated. Overall it is a very silent fan, however once the fan reaches full RPM (roughly 2000) you will hear it. Not too noisy, but comparable to a regular fan. This scenario required you to preset the extreme mode, overclock, add voltage to the CPU, and stress the processor completely though. Otherwise this unit is dead silent.

Don't forget to get some juice flowing from the pump to the radiator fan. The radiator itself is 120mm based with two leads for tubing (preinstalled). It's a corrugated tubing that supposedly reduces liquid loss through the material. Each and every ALC unit is tested for leaks before it leaves the production facility. As you can see, everything is finished quite nicely.

We test and review the CoolIT ALC Vantage. The ALC series are single self contained water-cooling based unit, that are very easy to install. No need to full em up, nope .. seat them, secure them activate them and you are good to roll. The latest model comes with a LCD screen that enables user-selectable control profiles with a display capable of 6 colors and 4 orientation settings. The Vantage A.L.C. provides good performance, reliability and a great feature set.

CoolIT ALC ECO review
A short while ago CoolIT introduced their ALC ECO. The ALC series are single self contained water-cooling based unit, that are very easy to install. They looks nice and performs adequately as well. It almost sounds too good to be true at 75 USD right ? Well, CoolIT certainly will make an impression with the ECO as this article will show you.
