Assembly
Its assembly is an easy process. When you look the Musketeer from the back, what you see (starting from left to right) is, the Thermal probe in, molex connector (for plugging in the PSU.), a connector for the VU meter and the FAN connector.

Musketeer_cables_conn.jpg Sorry for the crappy pics, taken with just a web cam.

I found it easier to just unscrew the DVD/CD-ROMs and slide them a bit out. Then put the Musketeer in (It takes one 5.25 slot), plug the cables in and then screw everything back in.

Fan RPM control - I used the Molex cable to connect my case fans on it. Didnt want to do that
with the CPU fan because that is already a silent one :-) Since it only has 1 fan output, it is only logical (and possible) to connect them in a serial way.

***Be careful not to connect any device like CD-ROMs or HDDs on it! ***

My side fan kept me from sleeping at nights. Now I can have the PC on, and the sound from a WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIZZZZ is now a silent wooooooof sound, no more noise.

It takes it from 6V and up. (You use the Left slider to adjust Fan Voltage.)

If you look closely, you will notice that the needle starts from 6V and goes closer at 10V instead of 12. (The manual clearly says that the display is from DC 0V up to 12V, but also that the IC controlled Voltage adjustment is 6V to 11V. For me its not a big deal since it reduces the noise, but when you take it all the way up, the fan blows air like mad again. I didn't want to slow down the exhaust fans as that would have a big impact in the ambient temperature of the case since the fans that would take the hot air out, would be working at a lower pace, and so the air would stay in. (And those being on the back of my case, don't make a whirling noise anyway.)
