Specifications

The Seidon 240M is Cooler Master’s latest addition to its compact watercooling kit line that aims to bring watercooling to the masses. It fits in many cases that support 2 x 120mm fan radiators, is compatible with pretty much any available Intel and AMD platform whilst being as easy to install as say a traditional heatsink. It comes factory filled, sealed and tested with a two year zero maintenance guarantee. The kit comes with two 120mm PWM fans that have a fairly wide RPM range, Seidon can operate silently or unleash more power as desired.

The water pump helps dissipate heat effectively and maintain temperatures through stable water circulation. The UltraFine Micro channels on the waterblock enlarge the contact surface between cold plate and coolant for more heat transfer. The performance 240mm radiator is designed to dissipate huge heat from overclocked CPU and can accommodate two 120mm PWM fans. The 120mm PWM fan offers a wide RPM range of 600~2400 +/- 10% allowing you to fine tune and balance fan noise and performance.

Features

The Seidon 120XL and 240M are compatible with every CPU from Intel and Advanced Micro Devices and that even includes socket LGA 2011 and/or FM2. Heck, even the older Socket 775 is listed to be compatible. The Cooler Master Seidon 240M features universal socket support including Intel LGA2011, 1366, 1156, 1155 and LGA775 as well as AMD FM2, FM1, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, and AM2.

A quick search shows prices of roughly 85 USD and even 70 USD after a rebate (!). But let's have a look at the product in more detail.

Today, we are reviewing two air coolers from Cooler Master: MasterAir MA624 Stealth and MA612 Stealth ARGB. Usually, we had a chance to check the AIO solutions from them, so now it's a good opportunity to study what we can achieve more standardly. This will also be a nice occasion to present two types of cooling architecture, as the MA612 Stealth ARGB is a single-tower, and MA624 Stealth is a dual-tower
