Cooler Master MasterPulse Pro RGB Headset review - Introduction

Cooler Master MasterPulse Pro - RGB Headset

We review the MasterPulse Pro USB headset from Cooler Master, this gaming headset offers 7.1 channel audio with the help of two 44mm drivers. The headset is aimed at gamers who like precision audio, so that when they get sniped .. they will actually hear the bullet coming from behind them. Armed with nice looks and decent audio quality this head set can be purchased for just 89 USD/euro, and of course it has a little RGB LED bling as well.

The MasterPulse Pro is a USB headset with virtualized 7.1 sound. The product definitely has good looks and a comfortable feel with intriguing audio features - this product is bound to impress. It has neodymium magnets and USB drivers, it is capable of offering 16-bit/48 KHz playback and has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz.

Interestingly enough the headset does not come with a software suite. A handy pod offers control and management of three sound EQ presets, Virtualized sound on/off and then mute for the MIC and of course RGB control. So again, you will not get a software suite with the headset. The MasterPulse Pro connects to your USB port and as such does not have regular audio jacks. Being tied to USB means you'll be tied to a chip that is supported, we think Cooler Master might use a C-Media chip which has support for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP.

MasterPulse Pro offers  Bass FX, incorporated are removable side panels that allow you to customize your audio experience. Close the panels to increase the treble and passive noise isolation or remove them to open up sound and enhance bass tones. Padded ear cups and suspension headband ensures a comfortable fit. Ear cups also offer illumination with multiple color options.

Tagged at roughly 89 USD / €89  the product will carry a 2 year warranty ensuring that the headset will 'love you long time'. Anyway, let's head on-wards and find out how the new headset works and most of all, sounds. But have a peek at that new look, pretty sweet huh ? Hit the next page please.

Today, we are reviewing two air coolers from Cooler Master: MasterAir MA624 Stealth and MA612 Stealth ARGB. Usually, we had a chance to check the AIO solutions from them, so now it's a good opportunity to study what we can achieve more standardly. This will also be a nice occasion to present two types of cooling architecture, as the MA612 Stealth ARGB is a single-tower, and MA624 Stealth is a dual-tower
