Here's the 'backside' including the motherboard tray (behind the motherboard). There is plenty of space for cable routing, the chassis has many routing points and they are all very large and located at every key location optimized for ATX and E-ATX motherboards. At the backside we see a nice mainboard tray cutout, that's for replacing fan brackets that need to be mounted at the backside of the motherboard. That cutout is huge alright, yet does not make the mainboard tray any less sturdy. BTW see the left side cover panel? You could reposition it to the other side and hide the HDDs that way. let me quickly remove it:

Cable routing galore as three cable clips allows cables to be laid in channels and are secured by a pivoting fastening strip. All the way to the left down below, here you can house some HDDs as well if you do not want to position them at the 'front side' in visual range.

The chassis is listed having four 2.5" SSD drive bays/trays and a combo usage on the HDD trays. Here you can see the one at the backside of the motherboard tray. The left side one is using the controller for LEDs and FANS. However, if you wanted too, you could mount an SSD under there still.

BTW if you decide to purchase the chassis and want your LED lights to activate, at the bottom of this PCB a MOLEX power cable needs to be connected to feed the system okay? You can add another two fans btw.

SSDs, you place them on or in the tray with four screws. And then at the photo below, you can see how it is sitting on the motherboard tray hanging there.
