This is the left side opened up, the place where you can look at your components. Your PSU is separated in that lower compartment. Air will be drawn in from the front based in fan intakes. Graphics cards could even be 32 or 49cm in length (depending on how you position the storage bay for HDDs. Inside the Cosmos C700M, you can rotate that removable motherboard tray to create a chimney effect. Mind you that the mobo tray also can be positioned on the opposite side to create an inverse layout. There's plenty of flexibility alright.

So, on this photo, we look at the drive cages. Here Cooler Master has been on budget control, as they only include two HDD trays. Optionally you can purchase more however at a price of €5.99 with a similar price in USD. You'll see more support for SSDs though, four of them.

HDDs are easily seated and sit into rubberized mounts and are secured with some screws, being at the frontside these are exposed and not shielded though. The cabling you will not see as they are routed through a gap in the rear. However, the rear side has an extra shield present, you could reposition it towards this side and cover up the HDDs if you wanted to do that.  Also, below in the PSU cage, you can house some HDDs as well. A total of five thus can be installed.

At the inside top, you can see plenty of clearance/space for cooling, you could house a triple-rad there for liquid cooling. Liquid cooling wise, you cannot complain as anything fits in there really. Here you can see the 8 expansion slots for PCIe, however, see that weird looking cage at the bottom? That is actually a mount for the graphics card (should you want to vertically position it.

The bracket can also be rotated from 0 to 90 degrees. A 40cm riser cable is included for this purpose. We'll opt this in the final build, and show you that later on in this article.
