OCZ Technology
As always a quick visit to OCZ always ensures some new gear to see. The fatality line you of course know. This is the 750W version. BTW small interesting side note fact, PC Power & Cooling power supplies will no longer be sold in the European market.
This one is shiny and golden alright. The new Z-Series 850W power supply that carries a gold certification, meaning extremely high efficiency of roughly 90% .. very nice. Little PR snippet:
OCZ Technology designed and developed the Z Series for power users searching the best. Paving the way toward the most efficient means of achieving high-end performance, these PSUs feature ultra-high efficiency of 90% and have achieved the 80+ Gold Certification. OCZ strived to make the Gold Z Series a true "best-in-class" power supply, including a powerful single +12-volt rail design and an industrial-grade core engineered for maximum stability and reliability. Built for excellence, the Z Series raises the bar in power management and provides an unparalleled solution for enthusiasts who wont settle for anything less.
Check it out, the new Agility 2 SSD. The Agility 2 comes with a SandForce SF-1200 controller, MLC NAND flash memory, R/W speeds of 275MBps and 265MBps and a very nice 10.000 proclaimed IOPs.
And here's the upcoming Vertex 2 SSD. Again a Sandforce SF-1200 controller allowing a staggering 280MBps read and 270MBps write speed at a dazzling 20.000IOps. This driver will become available in 50, 100, 200 and even 400 GB versions.
