XGI was also present on the CeBIT, displaying the somewhat flopped Volari graphics cards, the card series along with drivers just did not perform as expected and they have a really rough time selling it. You got to give them credit though.

They have been building a chipset from scratch and while it's not what as expected in a very fierce and harsh graphics arena, their next generation chipset will probably be much stronger, support PCI-Express and handle Shaders 3.0. Expect a new lineup at the end of this year and the new high-end product early 2005. I truly hope that XGI can get their act together as competition is good and people are dying to see something new and innovative and they are a serious candidate for sure.
