BTW before I forget, this unit can be refilled. One of the sides of the block has rather large screw that you can remove to refill/ replace coolant, which still would be a daunting job to do really.

So in general this is what the kit looks like. Judging from the block cooling plate, this is not an Asetek design, it feels very Alphacool to me. The tubing is lovely and thick and have enough reach to properly mount the rad at the top of a chassis. Overall the kit is nice and dark, as stated I however am not a fan of the be quiet! logo like that. I do understand it from a branding/marketing point of view, but that is the one point people focus on to look at, and I do feel that many people will skip this kit just for the too 'out there' logo.

Once powered on you'll hardly  hear the water-pump, the fans will spin quietly in a 300~600 RPM range with the CPU in idle if you set your PWM / RPM settings to default in the motherboard. And yeah, installation wise that is all there is to it. A very simple and clean installation overall.
