For a 60 euro costing cooler, it is still capable of dissipating 160W of heat. That 160W is actually more than enough for most common usage with your processor (if not overclocked).

TIM / Thermal paste is already applied for you. As you can see, ideal is the low 
height of just 112mm (including fan), the Shadow Rock TF 2 is ideal PCs that have limited space.

Once you installed the cooler, just connect the one fan connector to the FAN header on your motherboard. In the BIOS set fan RPM to normal, and you should be good to go.
