It is time to install the cooler, the installation has a twist, which I'll explain below. So here is the phase where we slowly start assembling a test setup. Included is all you need. Above mounting kit, we'll go through that step-by-step.
The first thing you need to do, insert four push risers onto the screw positions of the TR3 socket, four of them in total.
Next up are two support brackets which you screw secure with four screws. The cooler will rest onto these two brackets.
Before we are mounting the cooler, do not forget to apply a few drops of thermal paste. There are many methodologies and ideas, however, mine works for me and that would be a rice drop on each die area plus a little dead-center in the middle.
