A Closer Look

ASUS Xonar Essence ST Deluxe

The Xonar Essence ST features similar design ideas as the STX, similar shielding and graphic.  We can see the high grade capacitors, Dolby Logos, I/O headers for H6 DAC Expansion board and internal S/Pdif which you could use for a secondary digital header or for connection to HDMI based graphics cards.

Have some patience and we shall see what is under that EMI/RFI shielding very soon...

ASUS Xonar Essence ST Deluxe

The Essence ST offers right and left channel RCA outputs (Red, White); if you are using a set of "PC" type speaker you can use the included cable for connection. We also have a 6.3mm jacks for headphones; if you are using headphones that have a smaller 3.5mm Jack you can use the included adapter.  Alternately you can also use the adapter for a 3.5mm microphone.

Last but not least we have a S/Pdif digital combo jack that can output either coax or optical signals using the included adapter.
