The front fan cage is fully equipped, behind this there is about 65mm of clearance before you reach the PSU cover or HDD cage (both removable). Both 360mm but also 420mm radiators are supported here, which is good. Notice the two weird looking retention clips there in the middle. Yep, graphics cards are heavy these days, you can relocate the mounts and have your graphics card rest on them. 
   

You can move them left to right and, if you need to, position them higher or lower. You need to screw them loose a bit and then tighten them again. I'll show you a photo later on with a graphics card installed. I really like this idea btw.

The rubberized bottom will help against any vibration. Here again, a dust filter is located at the main component compartment intake area, this one you can just pull out and clean.

As you can see, the power supply area is based on two shields, you need to like the see-through gap though. However, ASUS inserted that for their latest power supplies with a little OLED screen that you can then read out. This shielding is secured by screws at the front side.
