At the bottom left of the board is ASUS' SupremeFX audio package, which includes a Realtek ALC4080 codec and Savitech SV3H712 amplifier, providing high-quality audio and immersive surround sound. Additionally, the bottom of the motherboard is equipped with various pin headers, including an RGB and ARGB header, two USB 2.0 headers, a speaker connector, three 4-pin fan headers, and the general pin headers for the front I/O.

The B760-F Gaming WiFi offers three PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots, which are equipped with large aluminum heatsinks for improved heat dissipation. The board also has a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots, providing ample expansion options for users. In terms of connectivity, the B760-F Gaming WiFi offers four SATA ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 header, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 header for a Type-C connector, the 24-pin ATX connector, and two 3-pin ARGB connectors on the side of the motherboard. The VRM heatsink sits at the top of the board, with the CPU_FAN, OPT, and AIO headers also located there. The motherboard receives power through one 8-pin connector and one 4-pin connector.

The motherboard's I/O includes an HDMI port, a DisplayPort, six USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a BIOS FlashBack and Clear CMOS button, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 port (Type-C), a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, two SMA connectors for the included antenna, and five audio jacks. The B760 model drops USB 2.0 connectivity on the I/O in favor of an additional USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, providing more options for connecting peripherals.
