44-Lane CPU

3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16, x16/x16, x16/x16/x8)
2 x PCIe 3.0 x4 (max at x4 mode)

28-Lane CPU

3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 ( x16, x16/x8, x16/x8/x4)
2 x PCIe 3.0 x4 (max at x4 mode)

16-Lane CPU

3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16, x8/x8, x8/x8/x1)
2 x PCIe 3.0 x4 (max at x4 mode)

Again, your choice in processor will define how many PCI-Express lanes you'll get, currently only the Core i9 7900 will support a full 44 lane configuration. There is one 1 x PCIe 3.0 x4 slot as well.
