ASUS ROG GeForce RTX 2070 STRIX review -

Product Showcase
The ROG STRIX OC series is the more premium product line and ASUS upholds that traditional STRIX look and feel. The graphics card once again has three spinners applied to the A revision GPU and a customized PCB.
This ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 is powered by NVIDIA's more modest offering in Turing, the A revision TU106 graphics processor. These cards are fitted with 8 GB GDDR6 memory running at an effective data rate of 14 Gbps. The product should sell for roughly 599 USD/euros. We, however, expect the SKUs to run in a sub 650~700 EUR range due to limited stock availability. The card is based upon a nice matte black PCB and uses two power headers (6 and 8-pin). As you can see it has thick cooling, that's 2.7 slots but does offer really good performance.
The card has HDMI ports and DisplayPort connectors as well as a new virtual link connector for VR purposes. The GeForce RTX series has DisplayPort 1.4 connectors 1.4a Ready, enabling support for 8K displays at 60Hz. This card includes two DisplayPort connectors, two HDMI 2.0b connectors, lacking and sorely missed is the dual-link DVI connector.
