At default settings, overall you are looking at a card that consumes roughly 275 Watts under full load/stress. We'll check that out in more detail later on though.

If you opt liquid cooling, the block is doing a terrific job. The card remains passive up-to a GPU temperature of roughly 60 Degrees C, the fans do not even spin. With liquid cooling you will not reach that temp ergo the card remains passive. If you opt fan cooling, the two fans used are a new revision and the assembly basically consist out of a x2 90mm fan setup. This should offer enough airflow. The backplate however lacks any form of vents, which we dislike if you opt the air-cooled route.

The card is lengthy and thick, roughly 12.1 inches in length which is almost 30 cm so it should only fit in decent size chassis. A 10 GPU + 2 mem phase power supply is responsible for supplying the GP102 GPU with power. The two additional power phases are dedicated to the board’s GDDR5X memory.

In its default configuration the colors just simply is orange fading in and out. If you see that in a real-world environment, it just looks fantastic.
