There's a lot of smaller headers for additional USB 2.0 ports as well as another USB 3.0 connector header, as you can see the PCH is actively cooled. You can regulate fan RPM from the BIOS though, so it can be put in silent mode. At default settings it makes quite a bit of noise.

And yeah, all the way to the right another switch, here you can select and switch towards a secondary BIOS.

Check out the PCIe slot connectivity, that's five x16 slots and one x1 slot. Gen 3 compatibility is there as far as there motherboard goes. In x16:x16:x8 or even  x16:x8:x8:x8 you can go for dual-graphics, triple or quad cards or just use one slot for a Physx card. We would have liked to see a regular PCI slot as well though.
