At the top side of the graphics card, when you look a little more closely you'll spot a switch, it allows you to select a BIOS profile. If you mess up a firmware flash you can revert to BIOS 1 (non-flashable).
Make note of two CrossfireX connectors, this card can be set up in 2/3/4-way multi-GPU mode, though 4-way... well size wise it's not even possible unless you are using an SR-2 I guess.
Again we can't stress enough that this is a big mamma! That's 11.7" x 5" of pure pleasure though.
Located at the top side of the card we spot power connectors. The R6970 DirectCU II will actually require two 8-pin PCIe PEG power connectors.
