GeForce RTX 3060 has been fitted with 12 Gigabytes of GDDR6 memory; it runs at 15 Gbps (effective data rate), which is a data-rate most of us can identify with when compared to the last-gen products. It is connected over a 192-bit wide bus. The RTX 3060, 3060 Ti, 3070, 3080, and 3090 cards all get HDMI 2.1 connectors and the latest iteration in DisplayPort. You will spot a single 8-pin power connector for the STRIX model. The IO panel shows display connectors, three DisplayPort 1.4, and two HDMI 2.1 connectors that will bring 8K 60 Hz HDR to a single HDMI cable. The board has a fan stop, meaning it is inaudible when the GPU is under 60 degrees C.  The card is a bit heavy due to that proper cooler, passing 1.4kg. Other than that, it's the STRIX look and feels that has built a reputation over the years. ASUS fits the card with its  Axial fan tech, and the cooler follows the new max contact base plate. As stated, 2.9 slots wide this card is!, and being a ROG, close to the backside; you'll find some extra fan connectors. The card has a vented backplate.
