The ASUS GeForce GTX 980 Ti STRIX is almost 11 Inches in length which is roughly 28 cm, and then the cooler extends that another 2cm. So please make sure it can actually fit in your chassis as in total that's 12inches / 30cm roughly.

At the top of the card you can see the two 8-pin power headers. That's 150 each + 75 Watt over the PCI-Express slot = 375 Watt. Plenty for a card rated at 250 Watt we feel. And yes, there is overclocking potential left.

As you can see the backplate protects the backside, it has plenty of meshes and openings so this actually is a well designed backplate. It is also roughly 1mm away from the PCB for the backside to be able to breathe. I would have preferred the GPU spot to have some vent holes though.

You can game with up to 4 monitors at any one time using a combination of the various display outputs. Recommended is to use the Display-Ports for three displays for best compatibility. If the card is in IDLE (desktop mode) the fans will stop spinning and it becomes a passively cooled product. Up-to roughly 60 degrees C the card remains passively cooled. And once your fans spin up, you'll still have a hard time actually hearing this card. It's quite silent.
