The motherboard follows a standard ATX form factor (30.5 x 24.4cm). The motherboard is located in the Aorus high-end range of the Ryzen desktop processor product stack.
With the X370 board ASRock releases an enthusiast class product, I am not calling it high-end as this board has it all, features wise. More than plenty enough features to keep you busy for a while.
The Ryzen processor has its own PCIe Gen 3 lanes available for your graphics solution. Ryzen has 24 PCIe 3.0 lanes yet 4 of them are being used to interface with the chipset. Then, depending on the chipset used, it adds gen 2.0 PCIe lanes through the chipset. The X370 Gaming has been fitted with RGB LED Headers, all was kept very subtle and can be configured on/off/animated. The primary graphics slots have metal shielding.

The board has 3 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slots which can be arranged in these slot configurations with graphics cards:
- 1-way mode - x16 / x0 / x0
- 2-way mode - x8 / x8 / x0
- 3-way mode - x8 / x8 / x4
As you can see, the primary two x16 slots are PCI Express Gen 3.0 configurations, that's plenty for regular graphics card setups up-to 2-way SLI/Crossfire. The motherboard comes with an 8-pin power connector. You'll get four DIMM slots that can be used for up-to 64GB of dual-channel memory. Up-to 3200 MHz supported in OC mode. Please do check compatible Memory and thus the QVL (Qualified Vendors Lists).
