Fan control options/placement
Fan speed is temperature-controlled. The fan RPM range depends on what fan model you use. Fan control on the Asrock B550 PG RIPTIDE can be accessed in the BIOS or through the Asrock Phantom Gaming Tuning utility in Windows. The Asrock B550 PG RIPTIDE provides:
- 2 x CPU fan headers
- 5 x system fan headers
There are three headers (one for the CPU fan) on the upper-right, above the socket. Another CPU fan header is on the bottom-left side of the socket.
One chassis fan connector is located close to the bottom-right side of the motherboard.
(the last) Two chassis fan headers are located in the bottom-left part of the motherboard.
