Performance System Memory: Memory Read Test

For our memory tests are split up into copy, write, and latency. We use 3600 MHz on the memory subsystem throughout all tests and benchmarks for DDR4, a value that is equal for both AMD and Intel systems when tested and appliceable. Listed all the way below are the latency values.
