Overclocking With Ryzen 5 1500X - Benchmark Results
Results - Ryzen 5 1500X / 4000 MHz / 2933 MHz DDR4
Below, you can find a handful of results we ran with the overclocked settings as explained on the previous page. All processor cores are stable enough to finish results at roughly 4.0 GHz and the memory at 2933 MHz (CL16) (3200 MHz would not boot). The same settings as previous benchmark runs have been used here.
** the Ryzen 5 CPUs are tagged as Ryzen 7 in the OC charts. Apologies but that obviously is meant to say Ryzen 5.
Above, you can see wPrime running 215 seconds on 1,024M at default clocks. Overclocked at 4.0 GHz you'll notice it is 23 seconds faster.
