GPGPU: V-RAY rendering

With VRAY we can measure with a benchmark two test scenes over GPGPU or GPU acceleration, one for GPUs and another for CPUs, depending on the processor or GPU (OpenCL/CUDA) type you’d like to measure. The way this works is simple, the software will choose the fastest GPGPU API. If there is a CUDA GPU in use then it uses the GPU CUDA pathway. If there is no CUDA enabled device then it reverts to OpenCL (AMD). There is no manual switch that allows us to enforce say OpenCL only.

GPGPU: Indigo rendering

Indigo Bench renders two different high-resolution images, one displaying a bedroom, and the other, a super car (which we use as benchmark). As a standalone benchmarking tool for processors and GPUs Indigo Bench can act as a measurement tool for the performance of modern graphics cards and processors. It is compatible with the hardware of well-known manufacturers, including NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel.

Compute shader performance

The below results are not yet complete but will be updated soon. We'll be adding fp32 and fp64 test results per card. It's a new chart, please have a little patience so we can we fill it up. fp64 or double precision is not relevant for gamers whatsoever.
