AMD made ReLive improvements related to alerting you guys with messages, e.g. record times overlays messages and for example if you are streaming and there is a network related issue, you will get a notification.  Also there are some new functions that add more controls to fintune your audio with a customizable MIC volume control, audio volume boost and push to talk support.
 

 
The tweaking part in the drivers will see some small updates. Memory under-clocking is now introduced, likely with mining in mind (underclocking and related matters are a thing there) and you can now control power states for either more perf or creating a more energy friendly configuration.
 

 
By itself this is nothing new, but AMD added some info in the slide-decks related to framerate targeting. If you have a 60Hz monitor,  you could set that at 60 FPS, anything above that number will not be rendered as the software tries to deliver that 60 hz/ FPS. Be advised though this setting is not for everybody at it can introduce more latency issues. With the new update, Muti-GPUs and D3D12 are now supported for FRTC.
