It has to be the more boring part of this review, but each time we do not include these screenshots of CPU-Z, we receive emails requesting them. So from now on we'll include them as standard, for your reference. Never say we do not listen ;)

AMD Phenom II

Here we have the Phenom II X3 720BE at default clock frequency. At this stage power management was disabled, otherwise CPU-Z would have shown a clocked down processor at 2000 MHz or something. Mind you that CPU-Z needs an update to recognize the CPU better.

CPU-Z is always handy for verifying specifications. Let's see, yep... all proclaimed caches are there. That is a lot of cache for a processor.

Even more handy, you can always verify your memory frequency and timings. Let's see. Our memory is at 1069 MHz (dual-channel) and we have nice CAS 5:6:6:15 timings. We should get some pretty decent memory bandwidth. We'll measure it in our benchmark sessions.

The Phenom II X4 810 processor then. Again not properly recognized by CPU-Z just yet. The variables are all reported good though, 2600 MHz at a 13 multiplier.

And here we can verify that the X4 810 indeed has a smaller L3 cache, 4 opposed to 6 MB. An interesting move for sure. We'll check out in our benchmarks to see if it makes big difference.
