It is time to check out the new six-core proc from Intel, yes the Core i7 8700K will be put through our benchmark paces and yes this is Coffee Lake, Intel's new mainstream processor that you will need to seat on a Z370 chipset based motherboard. The processor does a good job and manages to make a sturdy impression, as well as it being tweakable to 5.0 GHz on all six cores.

For this test we'll review the quad core Core i7 7740X from Intel. Yes this is Kaby Lake -X, the more affordable processor that you will need to seat on a X299 motherboard. Albeit limited towards dual-channel memory, the processor does a good job, as well as it being tweakable towards 5.2 GHz on all cores.

AMD released a new model, Godavari. The new A10-7860K APU slash processor that was announced in February. It is an APU at a reasonable price. The 7860K is the second best APU in terms of perf yet only costing roughly 115 USD while offering a nice balance in-between performance and energy consumption.

AMD today releases their Radeon Pro Duo. The product is a dual FIJI GPU based product. Unfortunately there will not be any reviews on this product, and that is going to upset many of you. Especially since AMD has been on a very public marketing campaign teasing the product openly for both consumer and prosumers, and therein is the conundrum to be found.
