Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 09/09/2005 07:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
The product we'll be testing today falls in that budget segment of mainstream pre-modified cases. For not a lot of money CaseBuy can offer you a product that (if it fits your style of course) really looks attractive. So all you guys and girls out there with two left hands when it comes to modifying a case yourself .. good news. No more bleeding hands and chopped of fingers from sawing and cutting into that big can .. it's all done for you. Read article

EZ PowerSupply Tester 2

Suffice to say that the most of us would like to quickly test a PSU before installing it, or after you smelled a burning sensation originating from that PSU, and want to investigate. Here's where Casebuy comes in. For a few bucks you can buy this little EZ Power Supply Tester 2. Honestly the name says it all .. it does exactly that and nothing more. Read article

NZXT Trinity Pre-Modified ATX PC case

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 05/30/2005 07:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
The Trinity PC casing series is setting a new trend, cheaper priced PC casings from the new NZXT classic line, yet pre-modded and with a certain look and feel to it that makes it very interesting. I say cheaper as the cases you will see today are priced at only €59,00 and that includes VAT/Taxes thus budget wise making it a mid-range product. For that money you'll receive a lovely PC casing with slide in HD mounts, transparent side windows with LED fan, back fan, front door, one temperature probe with LCD display on the front of the casing and all that in a beautifully painted casing. Sound interesting eh ? Read article

Lian-Li PC-V1000 Plus Aluminum PC Case

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 04/18/2005 07:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
There are several ways to cool down a PC silently, take for example watercooling. But there are other ways for sure. Lian-Li noticed this for sure sand started manufacturing pc cases that have the cool look, a sweet design and yet are very effective when it comes to cooling. Today's test subject for example is made of 100% aluminum, but it does not stop there, the entire layout both in and external have been developed with the motto cool down the PC while making it look aesthetically beautiful. And, although taste can differ, they sure succeeded that with the PC-V1000 Plus, a really astonishing PC case with some pretty interesting airflow techniques, including cooling fans and ducts. H2O-computers specializes in custom solutions. The high-end nifty gear that most of us guru's like so much. If you need a sungle small component for water cooling that fine, do you need a watercooled pre modified case ? That's fine also. Do you need a complete water cooled system, hey .. they offer that as well. In fact their 5000+ system is a pre modified water-cooled Pentium 4 3.2 GHz system default clocked at 3.75 GHz on an Asus P4C800 mainboard with 1 GHz memory and so on ... if you need it then they can make you a complete water-cooled PC.
