Software review: Backup MyPC

In the next screen, you are now given the choice of which files you want to back up. As you can see, you have a choice of either, all selected files, or new and changed files. This option will only back up the file that has been changed since the last back up. Very useful, if you have files that are constantly being changed, such as school term papers, or business proposals, heck even this review.

In the next screen, you will be asked were you would like to save you back up. Depending on the hardware you have, it will show up here, writable or not. (Case in point, my DVD drive). For now, we shall pick save to file.

After you have chosen “file”, you will be asked where you would like to save your file. Since we chose file, it will be saved in an extra hard drive I have in my system, in this case, drive “M”.

The next screen allows you to turn some of the following options on or off, data verification, and data compression. Both options, I think is a must, so I suggest, selecting them both.
