To create a profile, switch the mode to "Run or Add". Then click any
nVidia icon, the profile creation window will appear. Select an "exe"
file of the game, you are creating the profile for. The "Command line
parameters" string is for running games with some parameters in the
command line (for example, if you want to run Half-Life with the console
enabled type "-console" in the "Command line parameters" string); if you
leave this field empty the game will run without any parameters in the
command line. If you wish, you may write comments in the specified place
("Comments"). "Icon source" specifies the file from which the program
will extract an icon and place it on the button you are creating the
profile for (icons can be extracted from *.exe, *.dll and *.ico files).
Now click the button "Tune drivers" and adjust your drivers to save
settings in the profile. Now everything is ready for creating a new
profile, click the "OK" button. After profile creation drivers settings,
