X-Treme power with the GeForce2 MX Hulk-V series videocards.

Recently we have been asked by a somewhat new company to test some of their products. A little while ago the first samples came in from Japan. The company is called X-Micro and to my opinion they seem to have specialized in high-quality videocards. We have received three sample videocards, a GeForce2 PRO by the name Impact4 and furthermore two GeForce2 MX based videocards called Hulk V which we will test in this review.

The  Hulk V X-MICRO offers an valuable entry price into the latest generation of super-compact "low-profile" format graphics boards with hardware transform and lighting and of course the new NVIDIA Shading Rasterizer (NSR) pipeline. The NSR allows 7 pixel operations to run in a single process, textures and lighting effects are calculated in real time in a single cycle on both pipelines..

TwinView TV-Output Hulk-V

In this review we will test two models Hulk-V, the first one is equipped with TV & S-VHS outputs, the second one has two vga outputs for Dual Display, more on that later.
