NV25 is the name, 3D features and raw performance are in the game. For the true gamers and hardcore power freaks with a tad more money NVIDIA has released the GeForce4 Titanium series in the models 4200, 4400 and 4600. These cards are based upon the NV25 silicon and is the most interesting 3D consumer videocard available to date. This is the whip cream on your ice, these cards are the new flagships of the 3D force that's called NVIDIA.

Today we will be looking at two of the NVIDIA's latest and greatest, the GeForce4 Ti 4200 and Ti 4600. Both cards have recently been released and are slowly getting onto the market where they will dominate the next 6-12 months in the mid and high-range of consumer videocards.

With ATI leaving the 6 month product cycle basically nothing stands in the way of NVIDIA. With the GeForce4 Ti product range NVIDIA managed to make a product that hardware wise slaps the Radeon 8500 in face. Dual RamDAC's means excellent multiple display options, greatly improved DVD movie playback and gaming wise a product that is fully DirectX8.1 compatible with a performance that is simply jawbreaking.

The products we test today are from NVIDIA themselves, these are reference/engineering samples. Basically all product that you can buy from different manufactures are based on this design. Therefore it is an awesome way of showing where this product will be performance and feature wise.
