Let's take a peek at the photo's we took and the most important functions of the 3D Prophet AIW 7500.
When you take a look at the board then you'll immediately notice one thing, it's build by ATI, not Hercules and most definitely not a 3d party manufacturer or subcontractor for Hercules.
This means, no nifty blue orb cooling fan, no cool blue PCB which was the signature for Hercules Graphics cards and and no blue ramsinks tat Hercules/Guillemot was the first to introduce. Thus: a little less interesting graphics card for the tweakers/overclockers among us. This is what happens when you basically have no competition with a product. It does not mean the board will be less 'cool', but the 'nifty looking board' factor surely will be missed. In this review we'll first look into what the Radeon 7500 can do for us after which we'll take a look at the multi-media options the board can deliver. All this will be followed by a round of benchmarks and conclusion which will make this article pretty much a feature. Here we go ..
