In this article we will test the first videocard of the Titanium line-up from Hercules. They announced their Titanium products early October. Based on the highly featured GeForce2 and GeForce3 Titanium 3D processors from NVIDIA. The 3 new graphics accelerators demonstrate what will be the main line of their graphics boards of the upcoming 6 months: highly optimized 3D generators for increasingly realistic 3D games and fluid applications, the Titanium family. The new 3D Prophet Titanium line-up, consisting of 3D Prophet III Titanium 500, 3D Prophet III Titanium 200 and 3D Prophet II Titanium, offers powerful and highly featured 3D solutions to enhance the new 3D effects used by games developers. The 3 boards operate with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) enabling turbo-boosted 3D performance in games requiring large texture buffers. 3D Prophet Titanium accelerators benefit from Hercules' expert material adjustments, including RAM heatsinks and cooling fans, for a significant leap ahead of existing solutions.
