The Func has two distinguishing features. First, it is double sided. Huh? .. well, the people at Func realized that balled mice and optical mice are 2 different things. Balled mice need more traction (rougher side), and optical mice just need a place to rest (smooth side). This is the reason for the instructions, since you need to assemble the pad.

Secondly, the pad comes with a mouse cord clip. This handy piece of plastic clips onto the pad, and prevents the mouse cord from snagging while you're hunting a terrorist in Counter-strike. I can't tell you how much I love this feature. It is just GREAT to not have to worry about pulling your mouse back.

The mousepad is possibly the by far the most skill-enhancing piece of equipment one can purchase for a mouse-pad. Cloth pads or bare desktops shall no longer inhibit one's rail shots for the only mouse pad you will ever require, ladies and gentlemen, the sUrface 1030, has arrived. I use a Logitech Mouseman Wheel USB (balled). So, how do I like the mousepad with the mouse? I love it. Windows is just so much easier to work in. I had to turn my mouse sensitivity DOWN. Obviously, the claims of "increased speed" are not false. Now, how does it perform where it really matters? NO, not Microsoft Word! I mean GAMES! Well, its simply a dream. EVERYTHING is more precise and accurate. My Unreal Tournament instagib skillz REALLY improved. I just can't think of better things to say although it's a little expensive you should BUY IT!
