Lets look at the ease of setup.
Usual setup procedure here;

Take out of box
-
Plug into mains
-
Plug in WAN cable (from your cable/dsl modem)

Plug in the LAN cable(s).

Enter setup screen.
The
only part that even involves a keyboard at this stage is stage 5.
There are many different ways in which routers are setup. Large
expensive routers are still setup using terminal windows, smaller
routers are designed for home users, and thus usually have simple
familiar screens, the Compex is no different.
A
nice HTML based system is found at the IP address 192.168.168.1 (most
routers have xxx.xxx.xxx.254 or .1 as default, but of course can be
changed in the majority of cases).
Also note that you can setup the router through the serial port if
things go badly for you in the HTML version. Don’t forget that reset
button if you really do mess things up.
